March is definitely roaring in like a lion.
Yesterday was windy with some early misty rain. Today was bucketing rain and, according to the news, we are in for some “howling winds.” The wind gusts are varying between 25 and 40 mph right now but are expected to be as high as 55 before the night ends.
I think the house wants to get out of the way while the wind roars by.
The rain should turn to snow flurries and the temperature will be in the low 30s for the weekend but return to the upper 50s next week. Oh, March. At least you have the sense to be yourself–even after a freakishly warm winter. Bravo!
The sprouting of the spring flowers will not be in vain! I will have crocuses and daffodils and tulips. Yay!
